06 Months Free Support and Updates

Each valid license includes 06 months of free support and updates from the date of purchase.

During the active support and update period, you may receive:

• Product updates, if available
• Bug fixes related to the purchased product
• Compatibility updates, if included in the product scope
• Basic installation or setup guidance
• Support for issues directly related to the purchased product

License Renewal

By renewing your license, you are extending your access to Premium Support and Updates. Renewal helps you continue receiving product improvements, support assistance, and available updates after the initial support period ends.

If your license support period expires, you may continue using the already downloaded product according to your purchased license type. However, access to new updates and premium support may require license renewal.

What You Are Allowed to Do

With a valid license, you are allowed to:

What You Are Not Allowed to Do

You are not allowed to:

• Resell the original product as your own
• Redistribute, share, upload, or publish the product files publicly
• Provide the product as a free or paid download on another website
• Sell modified versions as a competing product
• Use a Single-Domain License on multiple domains
• Remove license-related notices where applicable
• Use the product for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities

Development, Staging & Test Domains

You may use the product on a development, staging, or test domain for setup and testing purposes. However, the live production domain must follow the limit of your purchased license type.

If you are using temporary development URLs, subdomains, or staging websites, please contact us if license verification or support requires clarification.

License Upgrade

You may upgrade your license if you need to use the product on more domains or need broader usage rights.

For example, you may upgrade from a Single-Domain License to a 5 Domains License, Unlimited Domains License, or Developer License, depending on your requirements and product availability.

Product Updates

Product updates may include bug fixes, improvements, compatibility adjustments, new options, or security-related improvements. Updates are provided when available and may vary from product to product.

We do not guarantee that every product will receive frequent updates or support for every third-party theme, extension, OpenCart version, hosting environment, or custom modification.

Customization and Modified Code

We may ask you to test the original product version before checking an issue caused by modified code.

Ownership and Copyright

Purchasing a license gives you permission to use the product according to the selected license type. It does not transfer full ownership, copyright, resale rights, or redistribution rights to you.

Refunds and License Cancellation

Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to our refund terms, marketplace policy, or written agreement. Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded, installed, or used, unless required by applicable policy or agreed by us.

A refund may be considered only if the client provides temporary FTP/cPanel and admin access to the website, and our team is still unable to fix the reported bug in our theme or module according to the default OpenCart version compatibility.

If the issue is caused by a third-party extension, custom theme, modified core files, hosting/server restrictions, outdated OpenCart version, or changes outside our product scope, the refund may not be applicable.

If a refund is approved, the related license, support, and update access may be cancelled.

Changes to This License Policy

Codinginspect.com may update this License Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, license options, support terms, or business practices.
