By using our website or services, you confirm that:
- You are legally able to enter into an agreement.
- You will provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or placing an order.
- You will not use our website, products, or services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
- You understand that all services are provided based on the agreed project scope.
Orders, Quotes & Project Scope
Before starting any custom work, we may discuss your requirements and provide a quote based on the details shared by you. The quoted price and timeline are based on the agreed scope of work.
Any new feature, extra requirement, design change, third-party integration, or additional task that is not included in the original scope may require extra time and additional cost.
Delivery Time
We always try to complete work within the estimated timeline. However, delivery time may depend on several factors, including:
- Project complexity
- Availability of required website access
- Third-party API or service response time
- Client feedback and approval time
- Unexpected technical issues or compatibility problems
Any timeline shared by us is an estimate unless specifically agreed in writing as a fixed deadline.
Website Access & Client Responsibility
For development, installation, migration, support, or bug fixing work, we may require website access such as:
- OpenCart admin access
- FTP/SFTP access
- Hosting or cPanel access
- Database access
- API credentials or third-party service details
The client is responsible for providing correct and working access details when required. Delays in providing access may delay the project or support work.
Backup Responsibility
Before we start any work on your live website, you should take a complete backup of your website files and database. We may also create backups when required, but the final responsibility for maintaining a safe backup remains with the client.
Codinginspect.com will not be responsible for data loss, website issues, hosting failure, third-party conflicts, or accidental changes if a proper backup is not available.
Compatibility & Third-Party Extensions
OpenCart websites often use different themes, extensions, modules, modifications, and third-party services. Because of this, compatibility may vary from website to website.
If an issue is caused by another extension, custom theme, modified core file, outdated software, hosting restriction, or third-party service, additional work may be required to fix or adjust the compatibility.
Compatibility fixes are not always included unless they are clearly mentioned in the agreed scope.
Payments
Payment terms may vary depending on the product, service, or project type. For custom development work, we may request partial or full payment before starting the work.
Work may be paused or delayed if payment is not received as agreed. Once work has started, payments for custom work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.
Digital Products & Extensions
For digital products, extensions, themes, or downloadable files, refunds may not be available once the product has been downloaded, installed, or used, unless required by the marketplace policy or clearly agreed before purchase.
Custom Development Services
Custom development work is based on your specific requirements. Therefore, once the work has started, the payment is generally non-refundable. If a refund request is made, we may review it based on completed work, pending work, project stage, and the reason for the request.
Support
We try our best to provide helpful support for our products and services. Support may include guidance, issue checking, bug fixing, installation help, or compatibility review depending on the product or service purchased.
Support does not include unrelated custom development, new features, third-party extension issues, theme redesign, server issues, or work outside the original product/service scope unless agreed separately.
Revisions & Changes
For custom work, minor revisions may be included if they are related to the agreed scope. Major changes, new layout requests, new functionality, or changes after approval may require extra cost and additional time.
We request clients to review work carefully and share feedback clearly to avoid repeated changes and delays.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reproduce, or claim our products, code, designs, or content as your own without written permission.
For custom development work, ownership terms may depend on the project agreement. Once full payment is received, the client may use the delivered custom work for the agreed website or business purpose.
